Sinterklaas celebration December 3!

Dear parents,

It's almost that time again ... Our great friend of children is already almost year !!
To celebrate, we want to Thursday, December 3rd extra cozy Kids Dance lessons make it!
We celebrate the birthday of Sinterklaas and show what the kids have done recently in class.

From 15.45 you are welcome to be here! Everyone is welcome! So please other interested them.
15.45 - 16.30 Lesson
16.30 - 17.00 Sinterklaas celebration
17.00 - 17:45 OPEN lesson for all kids!
17:45 - 18:45 you regular class advanced.

Pilates and Body Shape grid for August

Due to holidays, the following classes have failed:

Body Shape: Monday, August 17 (lapsed)

Pilates: Friday, August 7 (lapsed)
Pilates: Friday, August 14 (lapsed)
Pilates: Friday, August 21 (lapsed)

From Monday, August 24th classes will both be simply shown by Mirelle van den Bosch. You can always contact one of the instructors for a custom training schedule.

"Pilates on the Beach! 

ALB GYM will in July Pilates lesson of giving Friday in good weather on the beach in Almere Haven in "The Jutter"

The lesson will be like you're given her accustomed by Mirelle van den Bosch.

The course times are from 9.00 am to 10.00 am

On 25 June, the KIDS ALB will show their performance at Cafe Plaza 19 in Almere Haven in the Kerkgracht 75 (opposite the church)

It promises to be a cracker of a closure and KIDS have another tucked lot of energy. So be there .....

Nieuw Kyokushinkai Karate 

ALB GYM has recently Mr Rudi Blankenstein and Jochem Geukens willing to begin immediately of giving semi-contact karate kyokushinkai. Both hold black belt. There is taught in the way Oyama had earlier sought after and also we belong to different unions, which has many advantages for YOU as karateka. The training days at ALB GYM on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Are you intrested, please call or drop by. 

Open day September 14, 2014

As you may have heard, we have given an overall refreshing remodeling the gym in the summer. The response is overwhelming and we hope to welcome you as Saturday, September 14th, 2014 at our open day.
On the day you can fully admire the gym and there will be various demonstrations and great deals.

Did you know that we have purchased several new equipment last year!
We have renewed the showers! The ladies have got their own sauna! That we are a nice team who are happy to assist you.

Started in 2015 in balance

In the new year we will launch a number of projects which can result oriented conditional and weight can train targeted. Here you should think of a good balance between exercise and nutritional supplements. Optionally, under the guidance of a personal trainer.
